The Year-Long Fellowship will Enable A National Cohort of Entrepreneurs to Gain Access to Intensive Training, Mentorship Opportunities, Financial Capital and More
DALLAS, Texas, March 24, 2026 — Tiffani Martin, Founder and CEO of VisioTech, was selected as a Fellow for the 2025 – 2026 Truist Foundation Fellowship cohort. The Truist Foundation Fellowship, powered by Watson Institute, is an intensive venture and leadership development program designed for impact-focused entrepreneurs, business owners, and nonprofit founders across the country.
This fully funded program will support Fellows in becoming more financially sustainable and resilient, enabling them to move beyond product market fit and into scalable growth. The Truist Foundation Fellowship includes expert-guided training, access to a national mentorship network, connections to capital and financial services, community-based workshop opportunities, and pitch opportunities at two culminating Summits in June 2026.
As organizations rapidly adopt artificial intelligence technologies, the need for accessible, secure, and ethically governed systems continues to grow across sectors. This work aligns with the Fellowship’s focus on strengthening economic mobility and expanding access to resources through innovation and entrepreneurship.
VisioTech is a Disability:IN certified technology consulting and research firm operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, accessibility, and cybersecurity. The company works with mission-driven organizations across nonprofit, education, and public sectors to ensure emerging technologies are implemented in ways that are secure, inclusive, and ethically governed. Through its practitioner-researcher model, VisioTech delivers strategy, training, and applied research that directly supports communities often underserved by traditional consulting firms.
Through its programs and partnerships, VisioTech has trained students, advised organizations, and delivered accessible AI and cybersecurity education across community, nonprofit, and educational environments, including achieving a 100% completion rate in its Accessible AI Quotient training for seventh through ninth-grade students.
At the core of this work is the Accessible AI Quotient framework, a structured approach that helps organizations assess readiness, build competence, and implement AI systems that are inclusive from design through deployment. This framework integrates accessibility, risk management, and performance measurement into one unified model, supporting both compliance and innovation.
“This Fellowship comes at a critical time where organizations are adopting AI without fully understanding both the risks and the opportunities,” said Tiffani Martin, who is blind and brings that lived experience as Founder & CEO of VisioTech. “My focus is ensuring that accessibility and cybersecurity are built into these systems from the beginning so communities are not left behind.”
“The Truist Foundation Fellows are not only building small businesses, they are building better lives and communities,” said Eric Glustrom, Founder and CEO of Watson Institute. “By partnering with the Truist Foundation to power the Truist Foundation Fellowship, we are equipping these entrepreneurs with the training, mentorship, and support needed to scale their impact and create lasting change.”
