VisioTech – Terms of Use

  • Accessibility and compliance frameworks (including AAIQ)

  • Training, education, and workforce development programs

All services are subject to these Terms unless otherwise governed by a separate written agreement.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • The Accessible AI Quotient (AAIQ) Framework
  • Training materials and curriculum
  • Branding, logos, and proprietary tools

…are owned by VisioTech or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.


4. No Professional Guarantee

VisioTech provides advisory, educational, and technology-related services.

While we aim to deliver high-quality, actionable insights:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or compliance certifications
  • Clients remain responsible for implementation, decisions, and regulatory adherence

5. AI and Technology Disclaimer

Some Services may involve artificial intelligence, automation, or data-driven outputs.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated insights may contain limitations or inaccuracies
  • Outputs should be reviewed before making critical decisions
  • VisioTech is not liable for decisions made solely based on automated outputs

6. Accessibility & Compliance Positioning

VisioTech supports accessibility, cybersecurity, and ethical technology practices.

However:

  • Use of our frameworks (including AAIQ) does not guarantee regulatory compliance (e.g., ADA, WCAG, NIST, etc.)
  • Compliance depends on full implementation, ongoing monitoring, and external factors

If you submit information (forms, inquiries, uploads, etc.), you agree:

  • The information is accurate and lawful
  • You have the right to share it
  • It does not violate third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or refuse content at our discretion.
